Bloom bar events & pop-up inquiry ♡

Thank you for your interest in the Bloom Bar! The Bloom Bar rental is $500 per event or pop-up, which includes:

  • A curated selection of focal flowers, accent blooms, fillers, and greenery in your chosen color palette

  • A florist to facilitate the activity, assist guests, and wrap each bouquet

I understand that plans can change, and I will always do my best to work with you. Please review the following policy for Bloom Bar rentals:

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% ($250) is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied toward your total rental fee. 

  • Cancellation: If you cancel your event, you will forfeit the deposit.

  • Rescheduling: If flowers have already been ordered with the wholesaler and cannot be refunded, you are responsible for covering the full cost of the flowers, as they are perishable and cannot be reused. Your original deposit ($250) will be applied toward the rescheduled event.
