DEPOSIT & PAYMENT

To secure your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit is applied toward your total balance. The remaining balance is due prior to your event date and must be paid once your floral order has been placed with the wholesaler.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

I understand that plans may change, and I will always do my best to accommodate you. Please review the following policy for events:

  • Deposit: The 50% deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to your total balance. If you cancel your event, the deposit is forfeited.

  • Floral Orders: To ensure availability and accommodate your event needs, floral orders are typically placed several weeks in advance. Once flowers have been purchased, cancelling or rescheduling requires payment in full as florals cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Rescheduling: If you reschedule after flowers have been ordered and purchased, you are responsible for the cost of those flowers. Your original deposit will be applied toward the rescheduled event.
